since it is tram nr 1 it is somewhere between kopli and kadriorg.. maybe in front of the corps where all the trees are... or close to kadriorg.. or somewhere inbetween:) am i close?

yes, I agree with Kristi, it is somewhere in Kadriorg, Estonia. Actually there is tram no. 1 in Wolverhampton too, but it doesn't go to Kadriorg. Nice picture :D
